note, we will be piping with thick floral icing for a good portion of this class, which takes significant hand strength. If you have arthritis or any other hand issues, this may not be the right class for you.

This class is a perfect add-on if you’re hoping to learn or advance your royal icing flower skills.

In this class, we’ll focus on florals and spend the drying time adding details to the cookie.

We’ll pipe multiple blooms of 3 different floral varieties: large and small daisies, garden roses, and forget-me-nots. We'll also learn to create different centers for these blooms.

While the flowers are drying, we'll be painting and adding wafer paper details, a tiny bee transfer, edible honey, and puffy leaves.

Here’s an overview of what we’ll cover:
  • Icing consistencies for florals (you'll get my royal icing recipe)
  • Piping details and practice for 3 different kinds of florals (the daisy in 2 different sizes)
  • Creating different flower centers
  • Painting and adding wafer paper to cookies
  • Adding edible "honey" (you'll take home the recipe and video tutorial for this process)
  • Piping puffy leaves
  • Attaching royal icing flowers

I’ll also be providing my royal icing recipe, a piping guide for each flower, and a class overview so you can take the skills you learn and apply them to your business at home.
