Students will create charming, nostalgic baby toy cookies inspired by plush animals and vintage wooden rattles — featuring my signature fluffy sheep technique.

The class focuses on creating soft, plush textures that look fluffy and realistic but are approachable and adaptable for many other animals.

Students will also learn knitted textures, wood-grain effects, soft shading, and sculpted piping for rounded forms.

Students will complete a set of baby toy-inspired cookies including a fluffy sheep, and vintage rattle-style designs.
