You've seen "Is it Cake," but how about "Is it Cookie"? Join me in learning how to create this sweet tea time set with realistic mini cookie pastries! We will learn how to consider the tiny details that make or break a realistic dessert, the planning on how to achieve the different three dimensional designs, and of course, the dinnerware to serve it with.

Some of the skills we will cover in class:

• Sculpting a gold rimmed saucer and matching teacup
• Structural design for the dinnerware and each pastry
• Using cookie and royal icing to create realistic textures mimicking other foods
• Finishing details with various other mediums

This class does require some hand dexterity, picking up and rotating wrists, and some repetitive motion. All skill levels are welcome, even if you've never done a 3d cookie before! Sam will walk you through the entire process, step by step. All tools and materials are provided.
