Join me for a full-day immersive class where students will create a whimsical, sculpted cookie bouquet featuring dimensional florals and a cozy capybara nestled in a teacup while learning floral techniques they can easily adapt for everyday custom orders.

This class blends efficient flat-cookie floral methods with more advanced sculpted and painterly techniques. We’ll begin with simpler, repeatable approaches suitable for production work and then move into more dimensional and artistic designs.

A key focus of this class is learning how to:

• Achieve beautiful color by mixing and toning icing (not just adding color)
• Use convex (curved) cookie shaping to reduce icing usage while increasing dimension
• Combine fast, practical techniques with artistic details for high-impact results

Students will also learn a special fur technique for the capybara to achieve a highly realistic texture.

Students will complete a full floral cookie bouquet set including multiple flower styles, foliage, hearts, and one piped capybara-in-a-teacup cookie.
